Items can be sent to us by normal or Freepost post, as follows:
Items that have been uploaded using our Upload form, with an image, can be sent in one of our Freepost bags (please see Freepost for further details).
Items uploaded without an image or submitted via Quick Swap should be sent by normal post, not in our Freepost bags.

To help us identify your clothes, please include your name and email address in the package. You don’t need to include any further details, but if you are submitting your items via Quick Swap a note of each item’s value when new will help to us to assess it.
It is advisable to send high value items by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and to keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.
