You may exchange unsuitable items by returning them within 14 days of dispatch. We may still accept returns after 14 days but this is at our discretion.
If you choose to return an item, please notify us prior to sending. Please include a copy of your despatch note (or a note quoting your name, order number and item reference number(s)) in the package, before sending to:

Please note that postage costs are the customer’s responsibility – Freepost should NOT be used for returns. We advise you to return high value items by Royal Mail Special Delivery and in all cases to keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
On successfully returning an item, your account will be refunded.
Please note: P&P costs are non-refundable. Swap fees are non-refundable in cash, but will be returned to your account as virtual money credits. Any additional cash payment made for an item will be refunded to you in cash via the method in which payment was made (Paypal, Nochex, etc).
